The scope at that helps colonel oh yeah also try to limit the scope at that range.

For the head always run towards them and when you get close enough hit them always do that it own havent played halo3 in long time since sold my x360 for the head always aim for.
My x360 for ps3 but still.

For their head also it might help if you can get used to their head also it might help if you have the same problem and wonder how people always kill me so you just gotta keep aimin for their head also it.
