Your answer definately seems like Bungie is being unfair.
But its doubtful you did not break any rules.
I’m sorry but Bungie only bans for a purpose.
You may not be guilty but have you done any suspicious stuff.
If you HAVENT then you could always send them an email with a plea.

appeal to bungie, but you sound like you are leaving something out. if your console itself has been banned, they detected altered files or programs. you only get suspended for things like unfair play or bad behavior.
